Event Details: The WVARC will be hosting its 4th annual Swapfest-Tailgate from 6am to Noon on Saturday, February 7th, 2026. There is no fee for buyers and lookers. Seller spaces can be purchased for only $10.00.

Gates open for Camping on Thursday the 26th at 2:00 p.m. Line up on south side of fairgrounds.
Vendor Set up on Friday – 7:00 a.m. until Noon.
Event hours are Friday – Noon until 5:00 p.m and Saturday – 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Admission $15.00 per person.
Saturday Night Buzzard BBQ Dinner and Prize Drawing – 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
License Testing, Seminars, ARRL Speakers, T-Hunt, Antenna Clinic, Balloon Launch, and more.
On-Site Food Concessions will be available during the event.
